Slitting

The capacity of our facilities

N°1 Slitting line
From 32 to mother coils with a maximum width of 2040 mm we can supply :
Thickness : from 0.40 to 4 mm
Width : from 20 to 2000 mm

N°2 Slitting line
From 32 to mother coils with a maximum width of 1650 mm we can supply :
Thickness : from 1.50 to 6 mm
Width : from 25 to 1610 mm



Decoiling

The capacity of our facilities:
From mother coils weighing up to 30 to and with a maximum width of 2030 mm, we can decoil and flatten sheets:
From 0.5 to 1.5 mm thick, width 1850 mmm
From 1.5 to 10 mm thick, width 2030 mm
Lenghts from 800 mm to 12000 mm. Minimum width 650 mm.

Flatness:
« PROSILASER » quality, Suitable for laser and plasma cutting.

We keep smooth coils in stock:

• hot-rolled black and pickled, trimmed edges,
• cold-rolled,
• galvanized Z100, Z150, Z200, Z275

STEEL GRADES:
Hot-rolled black and pickled:
S235JR, S275JO, S355JO, DD11, DD12, DD13, S355MC, S420MC

Galvanized low-carbon/high-yield point/constructional steel with a standard, light weight or heavy duty zinc coating, up to 6 mm.
DX51D , DX52D, DX53D, DX54D, DX56D, S250GD, S280GD, S320GD, S350GD.





Shearing

AMADA cut to thicknesses from 1.5 mm up to 10 mm.
Decoiling line with multi-blanks from 0.5 to 3 mm.
Length from 300 to 4000 mm.
Width from 250 to 1850 mm.
